How many credits does one video cost?

Actual credits depend on the selected front-end model and settings: Kling 3.0 Lite is 5 credits for the standard 10s route; Kling 3.0 Fast/Base are fixed-task routes; Kling 3.0 Uni uses Uni duration-resolution tables; Kling 3.0 Pro, Kling 4K and Multi-Shot use per-second ladders with 17/20 conversion; Draft Mode, Motion Control and Seedance 2.0 bill by their own per-second rules. Image models bill per image.

What is included in the plans?

All plans include access to the Omni One physics engine, native audio generation, and Draft Mode. Higher tiers unlock 16-bit HDR/EXR export, faster processing queues, and Multi-Modal Editing tools.

What happens if a generation fails?

If a video generation fails, credits will not be deducted.

Do you offer round‑the‑clock support?

Yes. Our support team is available 24/7 to help with billing, technical, and service questions.

When do credits expire?

Credits expire according to your subscription cycle. Each top‑up or issuance creates a separate batch with its own expiry, so you can safely stack recharges. Credits for yearly subscription plans are issued in full as a single batch.

How do I refund or cancel my subscription?

Cancel subscription: Visit your Billing page and click the corresponding management button ("Manage Stripe Subscription" or "Open Creem Portal") to access the self-service portal where you can cancel anytime. Refunds: Contact us with your order details (we respond within 24 hours).
